GrantPulse ingests the Grants.gov feed and evaluates active federal opportunities against your founder profile. Each match is ranked by fit and includes a rationale so you can see why it surfaced, along with the award window and deadline details that help you decide what deserves attention first.

How do saved searches and the daily digest work?

Accepted Answer

Save searches using filters for stage, technology focus, minimum award, and geography. Searches are personal by default, or can be shared with your active organization. Free accounts can keep one saved search, with additional slots available through referral credits; Pro accounts can keep unlimited saved searches. Pro members can also opt into a daily email digest when new matches cross their fit threshold.

What do the compliance flags mean?

Pre-flight checks use the information in your profile to review an opportunity before you invest time in an application. Results are grouped as blockers, warnings, or notes. Some opportunities have no applicable rules; when rules do apply, an all-passed state confirms that no pre-flight issues were found. These checks are guidance for your workflow, not a substitute for the funder’s official requirements.

Can my team collaborate on grant research and submissions?

Invite teammates to an organization and switch into the active organization to share saved searches with its members. Application records and intake edits remain tied to the signed-in founder profile, however, so GrantPulse does not imply simultaneous multi-user editing of one application. Use the organization workspace for shared research, then keep the application record with its responsible founder.

Question 5

When can I download a PDF export?

Accepted Answer

After you are signed in, a completed submission with a submitted or awarded status can be downloaded as a PDF. The export packages the opportunity and your saved intake answers into a document that is easy to circulate to collaborators. Draft or in-progress submissions are not available for export yet.
